Our Story

LogistiX was built by an entrepreneur who understands enterprise scale. Founded in Chattanooga by Carlos Garcia, originally from Colombia with a proven track record of launching multi‑national industrial enterprises, the company’s trajectory changed forever with a single opportunity at a regional Amazon fulfillment center. When asked if his team could physically assemble and modify a live, active warehouse space, Garcia gave a definitive answer: “Of course we can.”

That single “Yes” launched a relentless mobile trade force. To enforce strict field discipline, jobsite safety, and absolute operational integrity for our tier‑1 enterprise partnerships, our day‑to‑day operations are directed by Marine veteran and COO Ed Esposito. Built on a decade of predictable, reliable field deployment, we have successfully executed over 8,000 warehouse buildouts and live facility retrofits across North America.
